You make an appointment, we’ll help you select the fabrics and record your styling details.
Our tailor will take all the required measurements and we will notify you when your clothes are ready for the next fitting. The total process takes 4 to 6 weeks. Rush service of less than two weeks is available for an extra charge and certain conditions apply.
We take a 50% deposit at the beginning and the balance during the second fitting. If your total is over $5000, we offer a no-interest six-month payment plan.For example, if your total is $7000 the initial deposit required would be $3500 with the remainder divided into five monthly payments at $700 per month. BUT If you pay in full with a check or cash, we give a 3% discount (the merchant fee that we usually pay for credit card transactions). Contact us immediately
Free alterations include taking in or letting out seams (in case of suits) If you lose or gain weight within 1 year from the purchase date of your suits. Shirts are not a part offree alterations as they don’t have fabric to let out. Also, work such as reweaving is not part of free alterations either in men’s clothing.
At the fitting stage, our in-house tailors will look over every detail. Don’t hesitate to ask for little adjustments because you’re paying for the suit/s,and it is important that everything fits to your liking.
